The best way to schedule the building is to send me an email. Please tell me: 1) the date and time of your activity including set up and clean up (such as 6 pm to 8:30 pm); 2) the rooms that you will need to use (such as RS room, or Chapel, Cultural Hall, etc) and 3) the ward and type of activity plus a contact phone number. Please do not consider your event or activity scheduled until you receive a reply phone call or email from me.

Please keep in mind that this year the Bishops of all 4 wards have asked that baptisms be scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. Please try to schedule your baptisms for those days and remember that if you schedule other activities on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, you risk being rescheduled due to a baptism. Thank you!
